Returns Policy
Commissions
A deposit of 50% is required as confirmation of an agreement between both parties for a commission to be undertaken. This deposit is non-refundable.
Once the commission is complete an invoice will be posted to you and the balance due must be paid within 15 days from the date of invoice. Failing to do so, a daily charge of 5% interest will be added to the balance. Payment must be paid in full within 14 days of this clause or your deposit will be forfeited and the commission will be sold to cover costs.
The amount due must be paid in full by cash on collection or by cheque 5 days prior to postage or collection.

Rachel Galley reserves the right to alter prices at any time.
- A shipping cost will be added to any orders required to be shipped outside UK.
- Orders will be sent out (depending on stock availability) as soon as payment has cleared (can be up to 7 working days) If you have an urgent order please contact rachel@rachelgalley.com prior to placing your order.
Returns Policy
- Returns for purchases online from www.rachelgalley.com or directly from Rachel Galley are accepted if returned within 7 days in the origional condition and packaging.
- No postage will be refunded.
- Items received after the 7 day period will not be accepted unless there is clearly a manufacturing fault. In this instance a repair free of charge or an exchange will be offered.
- If the item has been damaged or broken and it is not a manufacturing fault a repair will be offered with a charge, which will be quoted depending on the work necessary.
- Purchases made from stockists must be returned directly to the place of purchase (they will have their own returns policy- please ensure to enquire at time of purchase).
